I am an experienced professional in the financial services industry with over ten years of experience. Over the course of those ten years I have honed my skills and expertise in financial auditing and regulatory compliance. I have experience in vendor management with regards to accounts receivables, was a subject matter expert in aging debt, bankruptcies, consumer credit, federal FDCPA regulations and compliance, state and federal laws and the interpretation of applicable statutes and administrative codes specific to regulation of financial enterprises. In my current role as a government regulator and financial enterprise examiner I am able to provide insight and guidance to established corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in regards to staying current with the ever changing government regulations and state laws.
