With over 20 years of experience in intellectual property law, business counsel, and technology litigation, I am currently the Executive Director and Senior Counsel for Commercial IP at Boeing.Prior to joining Boeing in 2025, I was General Counsel at Exo, a leading company in ultrasound imaging, diagnostics, and artificial intelligence. As the head of the legal department, I oversaw all legal matters and provided strategic guidance to the senior leadership and the board of directors on commercial, IP, litigation, data privacy, M&A, regulatory, and employment-related issues.Before joining Exo in 2020, I was a senior counsel at Intel Corporation, where I supported Intel\'s 5G wireless communications corporate strategy and hardware product security. I also worked as a principal at Fish & Richardson, where I specialized in patent litigation involving electrical and mechanical engineering-related technologies. I am a listed inventor on multiple patents, pending and issued, and I am a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP), a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), and a registered patent attorney.
