ABOUT STEVE RUBIN

I am an ITIL certified Director with 20+ years of IT and Business experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering and numerous Certificates (including Project Management & Risk Management). I began my career as a developer then spent almost 10 years on Wall Street managing Capital Market Systems. I then started my consulting career in entrepreneurial opportunities including a role as a senior partner at Greenwich Technology Partners (GTP). At GTP I managed an $18M line of business which I grew to over $30M. I sold and delivered while managing over 65 Engineers, Project and Account Managers. After leaving GTP I started my own Project and People firm. I worked as a Director of US Professional Services where I manage complete end-to-end delivery (and partial sales) of technical solutions as well as building and maintaining strong senior level client relationships. I have worked with numerous verticals including Financial, Retail, Insurance, Medical, Manufacturing and Communications- Well rounded experience with Business - Technical - Financial- Strong Management experience- Work well with all groups within an organization – Liaison to all groups including “C” Level- Strong Project and People experience (including managing PM’s)- Strong Consulting and “Thinking Out of the Box” experience including transformation programs- Experience supporting numerous systems and users and turning complex technology into business terms (and vice-a-versa). I posses very strong communication skills.
