Divisional Program Director removing risk exposure and establishing governance model to ensure compliance to audit standards and controls and establishing the operational structures required for continuous monitoring. Lead Group Functions Technology organization in executing sustainable and measurable risk reduction activities including: ensuring over servers/VMs and database instances are fully compliant to hardening standards; developing model to ensure consistency for patching critical and zero-day vulnerabilities across 200 applications; masking of confidential customer and employee data in lower environments; ensuring access limitations to critical and confidential data among other activities. There were achieved through the implementation of consistent tooling, controls assurance testing and division-wide standard practices and documented procedures. Once historical technical debt was remediated, I created and stood up division-wide sustainability models to ensure controls compliance discipline is maintained in future state Program Director on PrintSmart program which reduced the cost of print and fulfillment across twenty-one North American business units by creating streamlined ordering workflows and tightening of the supply chain. Program resulted in the reduction of costs associated with destruction and warehousing by moving offset printing activities to a Just in Time delivery model. Took over existing program which was at risk due to schedule and budget overruns and brought program timeline, project plan, and budget back on track. Delivered multiple underlying business implementations, each with their own unique requirements but with several interdependencies. Resulted in annual cost savings of $2.2M
