I consistently build business trust by understanding the challenges and goals of my teams strategies and support the delivery. My teams (both internal and partners) see me as a trusted leader and mentor who supports their interests and fosters their career aspirations. An engaged team are a well functioning team.One of my personal goals is to umpire cricket in the big bash and Sheffield shield competitions. I’ve been officiating for several years in youth and senior competitions and recently grade cricket.We are in an evolving technology landscape and must stay current to best protect, detect and respond to threats and business improvements.
