Hi, I’m Steve With over 35 years in the tyre and fleet management industry, I help organisations improve efficiency, reliability, and long-term operational performance across goods and passenger transport fleets.Currently, I work as an Area Operations Manager and Corporate Ambassador at Michelin, where I lead and develop a highly skilled team of Fleet Auditors and Fleet Operators. Together, we partner closely with transport companies to deliver practical, data-driven solutions that improve productivity, mobility, and cost control — all supported by contractually guaranteed outcomes.🤝 Collaboration is at the heart of my approach.I focus on connecting customers and service providers, maintaining high fleet standards, and building trusted, long-term partnerships that create real value on both sides.My career journey — from commercial tyre fitter and technician through to coach, auditor, and operations leader — has given me a deep, hands-on understanding of fleet challenges at every level.
