Address other matters assigned by the Board and/or CEO- Assist the directors to ensure the board meet their fiduciary duties and legal obligations- Provide strategic legal advice and contribute to Weston’s overall strategy- Manage risk and crisis (e.g, Covid-19, fatalities, emergency response)- Manage the law department, contracts group, and Weston’s insurance program- Engaged and manage outside counsel for litigation and general corporate matters- File and manage insurance claims and litigation matters- Procure and management of Weston’s insurance program- Lead the corporate contracts group- Drive corporate restructuring- Develop new risk management tools and processes
