Report to the CEO, providing unbiased advice and counsel on the risks assumed by the corporation, as well as legal, ethical, and compliance advice. Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (“ELT”), as well as operations to ensure risks are identified, assessed, and prioritized. Provide the Board of Directors with legal advice and advise them on risk exposure, liability, compliance, and governance.
