Lead and oversee a multi-functional evening operation, acting as primary escalation point. Collaborate with day-shift managers to ensure smooth handover. Co-ordinate final responsibilities across Online,Hygiene and Logistics teams. Submit final Finished Goods and Hydration stock count to planning team at the end of each shift. Meet planned logistics by monitoring intake and outload schedules. Lead, support and develop direct reporting staff, maintain motivation and morale. Communicate effectively with all team members verbally and in writing. Plan and conduct performance reviews in partnership with Operations Manager. Manage the secure lock up of buildings as required. Address operational queries from other departments in the absence of day-shift management.
