I am the leader of a team of PFI contract energy managers within Mitie Energy. The contracts the team are currently involved in are primarily within the healthcare and education sectors. As a team we ensure that our clients are complaint and aware of energy related legislation and opportunities such as EPBD & ESOS and can provide sustainability strategies to help reduce utility use & energy costs. We are able to assist our clients in achieving their sustainability and environmental objectives. We also provide regular reporting on key energy KPIs and ongoing problem solving in response to issues as they arise on both a regional and site level.
