ABOUT STEPHEN DURAN
I’ve been working as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) for over 10 years. In that time, I’ve helped people navigate their financial journeys, from retirement planning to tax strategies and estate structures. Now as a Financial Educator for Western Canada at Desjardins, I am able to share my knowledge and help people make sense of their finances. When I’m not working, I’m coaching judo. I’m a nationally certified coach and run a community outreach judo program for youth. It’s been a rewarding experience to help kids build confidence and teamwork through sport. The skills I’ve learned coaching translate into my professional life, whether I’m mentoring colleagues or leading teams.
