Currently leading a multidisciplinary team of chefs, dietary specialists, catering assistants, and delivery drivers to prepare and distribute approximately 1,200 hot and cold school lunches daily.Bay Venues is an approved supplier for the Ministry of Education’s Ka Ora, Ka Ako Healthy School Lunches program, launched in the Bay of Plenty in October 2020. The initiative supports Year 1–8 students in high-need schools by providing nutritious daily lunches to help reduce food insecurity. Management of the operation and administration of this business model, with the preparation and distribution of approximately 1200 meals daily over 11 sites Menu creation in accordance to the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health’s strict criteria Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the MOE, Schools, and Stakeholders Business development of out-catering Team recruitment, development, and coaching Establish and maintain high standards to ensure MOE’s KPI are met Ensure all Health and Safety standards are met and obtain relevant Council’s licences
