As the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager, I serve as the subject-matter expert in full-cycle talent acquisition, ensuring a robust and effective recruitment environment that positively impacts new hire retention. I lead and participate in projects and initiatives to meet recruitment goals and timelines, building and developing excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and identify strategies to meet the organization\'s current and future talent requirements.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and vision to Talent Acquisition teams, fostering a continuous improvement mindset and introducing effective techniques for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and retention.Collect and analyze data from the Applicant Tracking Solution and other sources to improve recruiting effectiveness.Coordinate Talent Acquisition efforts across multiple US locations and participate in sharing best practices with our Global locations.Manage vendor relationships related to Talent Acquisition, including Applicant Tracking Solutions, Job Boards, Online Reputation Management, pre-employment screenings, and assessments.Update, create, and implement TA policies, procedures, and work instructions as needed.Mentor and develop TA personnel to promote a learning environment that fosters excellence and growth.Stay informed about TA-related legal and regulatory issues and recommend changes to Corporate Human Resources as required.Lead and manage training environments for assigned sites to ensure maximum effectiveness and increase new hire retention.Drive communication and teamwork among TA teams to ensure continuous and comprehensive feedback from Operations on candidate quality.
