I’m a commercial and strategy leader with 15+ years of experience across healthcare, diagnostics, and life sciences, working with organizations ranging from early-stage and mid-sized companies to large, established healthcare organizations. I’ve supported teams through growth, change, and market shifts by helping align strategy, messaging, and execution across commercial, marketing, and partner-facing functions.Throughout my career, I’ve often sat at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating complex ideas into clear direction, supporting teams through periods of transition, and helping leaders, partners, and customers adapt as markets, priorities, or structures shifted. I’m most effective in cross-functional, client-facing environments where influence matters more than hierarchy.After stepping away from full-time corporate work, I pursued formal training in functional and integrative health coaching to deepen my understanding of behavior change and decision-making. Not just information or mandates.Over the past year, I developed a body of long-form writing exploring how people respond differently to “healthy” choices, change, and guidance.
