When I was twelve years old, I lost 45 pounds in three months.Before that, I had earned nicknames like “Chubbsy-Wubbsy,” “Tubby,” and my personal favorite, “Roly Poly,” courtesy of a family friend from Australia. My brothers thought it was hilarious.But something interesting happened around that time. I came across a program that taught me how to diet and exercise properly. Looking back, what changed my life wasn’t just the program—it was the message. The way it communicated possibility, discipline, and results was compelling enough that I acted on it.That experience taught me something early: clear communication and the right message can change behavior.That principle has shaped my career ever since.Today, my work sits at the intersection of communication, analytics, and organizational performance. I enjoy helping teams take complex information—data, processes, and strategy—and translate it into clear messaging, systems, and content that help people perform better.Throughout my career, a consistent theme has been leading and training others, often as a result of exceeding expectations, surpassing quotas and performance metrics, and delivering high-impact work. I’ve found that strong systems, clear communication, and thoughtful training can dramatically improve how teams operate and the results they achieve.What motivates me most is helping organizations turn insight into action—whether that means building better systems, telling clearer stories, or helping teams work more effectively together.I’m particularly interested in roles where communication, strategy, and analytics come together to improve how organizations operate and serve people.If that’s something you’re working on, I’d love to connect.In previous roles, my work has included developing training resources that saved an estimated 3,400 hours annually, optimizing digital content that generated 1.6M+ views, and improving complex project win rates by more than 3x through clearer communication and process design.
