ABOUT STACY GONYOU

My 25+ year career has grown up right along side the birth and evolution of the internet.I have spent that entire time helping businesses leverage emerging technologies to stay competitive. 14+ years doing this work began at internet startups, and after being recruited by eBay and (later) Google, it ultimately resulted in defensive patents, programs resulting in $1B+ in net new revenue, as well as the creation of professional services organizations generating $2M+ in yearly demand. In short, I have learned not to just think outside the box… to me, there is no box.I do this by leveraging 4 areas of differentiated competency- Technical. I have a background in Computer Science and English (think: critical thinking as well as technical creativity), and though I don’t often code, I can learn programming languages as I need to and, more importantly, learn everything about nascent digital technologies necessary to develop novel and impactful business solutions- Data and Analytics. I have spent most of my career helping businesses understand customer engagement as the digital engagement points have continually become more fragmented. This has enabled me to develop an expertise in digital data acquisition, integration, and activation for business intelligence- Client facing. I have spent over 20 years working directly with clients, most recently the C-Suite of fortune 50 companies, identifying goals I can help them achieve or problems I can help them solve. Many of these solutions have transformed the industries those companies were in (e.g. retail, automotive, etc)- Leadership. I have developed the leadership principles and skills necessary to develop high performing and self-motivated teams. I consider myself a servant leader and never shy away from an opportunity to roll up my sleeves and help hammer out solutions.
