Submitted FDA IDE enabling RWE study at ~38% of clinical trial cost.• Program and product management lead for two LDT launches: pilot reached 1,500 patients in year one; second launch was full U.S. rollout with $50M marketing. Generated $10M in first 3 months and projected $150M in year two.• Led 5-year roadmap (PMA approvals, new features, biomarkers, analytes, international expansion).
