Directly manage all aspects of magazine print production for Travel + Leisure and other titles- Subscriber based frequency with complex versioning related to geographic, demographic, content and mailing complexity- Lead the book make-up process by working with sales and edit staffs to produce a cost-efficient magazine which meets all advertiser positioning requirements while achieving creative objectives as set by the editorial staff- Direct suppliers and issue instructions to print facilities to ensure the production of each issue is free of defect and is delivered to consumer and retail outlets per the established schedules- Support sales staffs by managing positioning guarantees on sold advertiser and positioning offers on all advertiser/agency requests for proposals (RFP’s)- Develop and implement production alternatives and procedure changes which reduce/avoid cost, mitigate risk, and/or improve resource efficiency- Complete any required reporting for management dashboards, scorecards, etc- Work direct with printer, sales rep, and client to produce successful high impact units (both regionally & nationally run)- Create digital instructions for tablet editions
