ABOUT SRIYA BANERJEE

As a first-year MBA student at KSOM, I bring with me a dynamic blend of creative communication skills, team leadership experience, and a strong inclination toward purpose-driven work. My professional journey includes 12 months as a Team Lead at SGEduKonsult, where I managed content strategy and led a results-oriented team at a content marketing firm. Prior to that, I gained 18 months of experience as a Content Writer and Editor, where I developed a keen eye for storytelling, branding, and content optimization.I am equally passionate about social and community initiatives. One of the most fulfilling roles I’ve undertaken was with Team Everest, a non-profit organization, where I contributed to a curriculum development project focused on educational empowerment. These experiences have helped shape a holistic understanding of leadership—grounded in empathy, collaboration, and social impact.Currently, through my MBA journey, I’m focused on deepening my expertise in business management, strategy, and innovation. I’m driven to pursue professional roles that allow me to combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving—especially in areas such as marketing strategy, consulting, and organizational development.Looking ahead, I aspire to grow into leadership roles that challenge the status quo, empower teams, and contribute to building sustainable and forward-thinking organizations.
