ABOUT SRI PRAMOD

Copart India Technology Center is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the online vehicle auction industry. As a Business Executive, I work with a team of professionals to optimize the network performance, security, and scalability of our platform, using my expertise in fiber optics and cloud computing. We have successfully delivered multiple projects that enhanced the customer experience, increased the operational efficiency, and reduced the costs of our services. Before joining Copart, I gained valuable experience as a Customer Support Specialist at Tech Mahindra, where I handled technical issues and queries from clients across various domains. I also completed a four-month training program at RailTel Corporation of India, where I learned how to install, troubleshoot, test, and terminate various telecommunication networking systems. I have acquired multiple skills in AWS, Terraform, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Pipeline, DevOps, and Python, which I use to enhance my productivity and efficiency. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world problems. I enjoy travelling, playing with dogs, photography, listening to music, and spending time with my parents. I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities that will help me grow as a professional and as a person.
