Experienced (retired) CFO with both public company and private company experience. Member of Executive Management Committees setting strategic direction, investment decisions, capital allocation, board presentations, M&A, capital markets and operations/P&L leadership. Chief Financial Officer roles included Cyrus One (NASDAQ: CONE) and Strategic Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: BEE). CyrusOne was one of the largest publicly traded data center REITs, prior to selling to a private equity consortium. Previously CFO of Equity International, an international real estate private equity platform controlled by Sam Zell. Served as SVP - Operations and SVP - Public Relations at Equity Office (NYSE: EOP) for over 10 years. Previous career experience included real estate banker at Barclays Bank and public accounting auditor with Arthur Andersen. Currently a public company board member for Copart (NASDAQ: CPRT), serve as Chair of Nominating and Governance Committee and Audit Committee member; and UDR (NYSE:UDR) and serve as Audit Chair and member on Nominating/Governance Committee. Board member and Audit Chair for Suntex Marinas, a private equity owned company. Recently served as Board member and Audit Chair for Link Logistics, a Blackstone portfolio company.
