WORK HISTORY
Co-founder and Managing Director @Her Haq
New Delhi, IN
As Her Haq\'s Co-founder, I am on a mission to bridge knowledge gaps and empower communities by improving menstrual literacy and hygiene practices among menstruators in Delhi’s urban slums. By leading strategic partnerships with NGOs and healthcare providers, I ensure sustainable impact through workshops and sanitary pad distribution. My role extends beyond community engagement—I lead a dedicated advocacy team to influence gender budgeting and digital safety policies, collaborating with Members of Parliament to deliver actionable recommendations. By producing flagship reports, including a pioneering analysis on digital safety for women, I shape policy conversations and drive evidence-based reforms.
