As a Local Facilitator for the ADB\'s Office of Special Project Facilitator mediated disputes between communities affected as a result of ADB funded projects and the implementing agencies; Mediated landlord-tenant and commercial disputes at Quincy and Chelsea small claims courts (MA, US); mediating commercial and workplace disputes at Tbilisi City Court (Georgia).POLICY ADVISE and ADVOCACY Advocated for introduction of mediation in the judicial system of Georgia in 20••••12; designed the first court-annexed mediation Pilot and drafted amendments to the Civil Procedure Code related to court-annexed mediation. Was key adviser in drafting the Law of Georgia on Mediation (2019). Drafted mediation program for High Council of Justice of Georgia. Advised the Government of Georgia on signing and ratification of the Singapore Mediation Convention.Initiated and advocated for legislative amendments making arbitration framework in compliance with international best practices (amendments passed in 2015). Drafted Ad Hoc Arbitration Rules of the Georgian Association of Arbitrators (GAA). Designed accreditation system for GAA.Conducted assessment of legal and practical aspects of arbitration in Georgia.Conducted situational analysis and assessment of workplace dispute resolution within the civil service of Georgia.
