Responsible for delivering generalist HR support across Fonterra’s Australian business to both site and office-based employees and managers, with a focus on employment and industrial relations.· Manage all employee relations activities nationally, including performance management, investigations/case management, disciplinary action, return to work assessments; partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leaders, and Managers to provide support and guidance across all aspects of people management.· Provide accurate industrial relations advice relating to conditions of employment in conjunction with multiple Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and employment legislation.· Lead and deliver projects across the business to ensure compliance with changing employment legislation, renegotiated Enterprise Agreements, updates to local and global policies, and best practice. · Support key cyclical people and culture activities, such as the annual performance and remuneration review and engagement surveys.
