I am a quality leader with a career built on strengthening complex, high‑stakes operations through disciplined quality management, risk reduction, and continuous improvement. My experience spans aerospace, semiconductors, nuclear operations, and pharmaceuticals—industries where precision, compliance, and reliability are non‑negotiable.I currently serve as Quality Manager at Eaton, where I oversee all plant quality functions, lead customer-facing quality initiatives, and drive improvements in key performance metrics. I manage customer communications, corrective actions, supplier quality, and audit readiness while ensuring seamless alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.Previously, as Deputy Quality Manager at HRL Laboratories, I led the successful maintenance of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems with a flawless audit record.
