In my role as the Director of Professional Services for GTM Execution Excellence, I played a pivotal role in propelling the growth and triumph of our professional services division. My responsibilities encompassed the development and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies, operational optimization, and the establishment of best practices to boost seller productivity.* I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to formulate a strategic vision with GTM strategy development for our professional services sellers. This included spearheading large-scale program innovation, execution, and management, achieved through collaborative SteerCo oversight and roadmap management.* A major aspect of my role involved streamlining and enhancing operational processes to ensure the efficient productivity of our sellers. I identified areas for improvement and successfully implemented changes to elevate service quality and bolster operational excellence.* Cross-functional Collaboration with our marketing, product development, and customer success teams was integral to aligning strategies and realizing shared objectives, fostering an environment of seamless teamwork.* I spearheaded the metrics and reporting definition on tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of our GTM strategies and operational efficiency. I served as one of the primary liaisons to our analytics team, ensuring they generated regular reports and insights for leadership.* Building and guiding a team leadership of dedicated professionals responsible for executing GTM and operational initiatives was central to my role, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.* I am responsible for crafting executive collateral and effectively conveying information to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with our objectives.
