Have regular feedback about the skill profile and performance of trainees from the Trainers and take corrective measures (if any) in forthcoming counseling sessions.Ensure targets, in terms of number & revenue, are met at centre level. Capacity building of the skills team at the centre level. Any other work as and when assigned by the reporting manager.
