I lead at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds. My career has been defined by a single mission: ensuring the infrastructure, energy, and ethical frameworks that power our global data ecosystem are resilient, sustainable, and impact-focused.With extensive experience across the public and private sectors, I bring a unique "macro-to-micro" perspective to the data center and energy industries:• Infrastructure & Sustainability: At Schneider Electric’s Sustainability Research Institute, I analyzed the critical energy demands of data, focusing on how infrastructure resiliency drives long-term digital growth.• Data Ethics & Strategy: As a leader at LiveRamp and Acxiom, I served as a data evangelist, navigating the complex balance between business innovation and ethical data curation.• Policy & Large-Scale Rollouts: As a federal appointee at HHS and a state appointee in Illinois, I led intergovernmental engagement for multi-billion dollar programs, including key initiatives for the Affordable Care Act that required massive data management and cross-functional coordination.I am an impact-driven manager and strategist who thrives on solving "the big puzzles"; how we scale AI and healthcare innovation while maintaining the energy grid and upholding ethical standards, and on communicating that value proposition to internal and external audiences globally.Beyond the Boardroom: Leadership, to me, is about adaptability. As a former collegiate athlete and current Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Wakefield High School, I translate the "team-first" mentality of the court into the workplace.
