About Ashish Soharia

As a Business Manager at engineerHUB, I am responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and growth of the platform that connects engineers with employers and mentors. I work with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, marketers, and data analysts to deliver a user-friendly, innovative, and scalable solution that meets the needs of the engineering community. I joined engineerHUB as a founding member in Feb 2020, after graduating from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Information Technology. I started as a Mobile Application Developer, using my programming, data analytics, and problem-solving skills to create and improve the features and functionality of the app. I also leveraged my Figma skills to design and prototype the user interface and user experience of the app. In Dec 2020, I was promoted to Head of Data Management, where I led the data collection, processing, and analysis of the app\'s performance, user behavior, and feedback. I used machine learning techniques to generate insights and recommendations for enhancing the app\'s usability, retention, and engagement. I also supported the marketing and business development efforts by creating data-driven reports and presentations for potential partners and investors. I am passionate about creating and managing products that have a positive impact on society and the environment. I am motivated by the vision and mission of engineerHUB, which is to empower engineers to achieve their professional and personal goals, and to foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and diversity in the engineering field. I am always eager to learn new skills, technologies, and best practices, and to share my knowledge and experience with others. I am looking forward to completing my degree in Aug 2023, and to continue growing and contributing to engineerHUB as a Business Manager.
