ABOUT SMRITI MAITHANI

As a Senior Associate 1 at PwC US, I design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). I have over 5 years of experience in SFMC, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Management, and I hold 4 Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer 1 and 2. I am passionate about creating and delivering engaging and responsive email templates, landing pages, and web applications that seamlessly integrate with SFMC. I have worked with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AMPscript, and Server Side JavaScript, and I have a deep understanding of web development best practices. I have also collaborated with cross-functional teams and clients from various work locations, such as the US, Russia, Italy, Mexico, Brazil, and Canada, and I have been recognized for my output, excellence, integrity, and innovation. I have a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Roorkee Institute of Technology, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I am also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt, and I use these skills to streamline and optimize my marketing campaigns and workflows. My goal is to leverage my skills and expertise in SFMC and Web Development to create impactful and personalized marketing solutions that deliver the right message to the right people at the right time. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices and to contribute to the success of my team and organization.
