Together with my team, I had the great opportunity to build an HR department that ensures tailored support for the employees of the Buss Energy Group. This structure allows us to stay close to our people and earn their trust as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters.What matters most to me is that every employee—from service technician to senior management—feels seen and valued. Our mission is to attract, develop, and most importantly, retain the best talent for Buss Energy Group. To achieve this, we aim to foster and maintain a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven company culture.As Director of Human Resources at Buss Energy Group, I now lead the HR department of a leading service provider for wind energy systems. This role aligns perfectly with my passion: contributing as a committed, innovative, and collaborative HR professional with a hands-on mentality—someone who constantly challenges herself, embraces growth, and thrives on new challenges. It’s a role that brings me joy every single day.My core competencies include Human Resources (HR), HR Planning, HR Management, and industry knowledge in sports marketing, renewable energy, and aerospace.
