Plan and manage all release activities, coordinate delivery of development and production releases that meet quality standards. Forward plan release windows and sprint cycles. Monitor development progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and that they meet or exceed expectations. Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists. Communicate release details and schedules to the business as required. Assist technical team in design and development tasks, manage test team in prioritizing testing efforts. Work with support team to understand impacts of branches and code merges and ensure that all release controls have been satisfied. Continually work towards making improvements in the development and release processes. • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations. • Manage a support team that performs production hotfixes, and application stability on all environments.
