Get the quiet ones to speak. Think about what\'s said, and what isn\'t, and why.* Develop and tell the story. A well-told story gives the stakeholders everything they need to take action. A good strategist can tell stories well, with a complete yet pithy context, a compelling complication, and a actionable solution.* Apply passion, persistence, and practice. Love what you do, dedicate time and effort to make targeted and repetitive practice. That\'s how to build myelin (aka \"muscle memory\") and how one achieves high competence at anything.
