I can write about WPM and the value I add - or tell you how forthright and loyal I am. But that\'s all in my resume. What I\'m really about - is having a passion, for pure, raw hospitality! My obsession is about creating the best possible experience, with nothing more than one human being standing before another - in the front or back of house. Being able to make that human feel so special, that all their issues and concerns have just melted away. There is no situation, no matter how large or small- that I wouldn\'t willingly tackle with just the empathic power of making someone feel like they are in the best possible hands! Of course then you have to deliver, but that\'s the easy part! Once you have your team, and you have discovered that together, you have the innate ability to empathize - other tools, such as beautiful, or exciting environments, are like icing on the cake! Put it all together and you have just changed a brief moment in that persons day - yet potentially - a life-long memory in that person\'s mind! Now imagine that feeling, and repeat. It\'s infectious, it\'s addicting, and the more smiles you create - the more you want to - over and over again! I developed my love of working with groups when I realized I can multiply that smile by many more!I had the privilege of working with US Soccer a few times early in my career. It was captivating! The meticulous struggle entailed to perform to such a degree of perfection as a team - for a group who also strived for their own perfection - every day was nothing short of trying to create a masterpiece. But that is exactly the point! Hospitality is a performing art - and the servant is the artist! The moment you step into that role, you are on stage! I worked with World Rowing, handling teams from 52 countries - and it was the same thing! It just clicked!From that moment forward - my passion flourished! But make no mistake - I am nothing without my team! We all have a purpose, and I too, know mine.My reason for being, and my life\'s work - would now be spent, honing a skill - and sharing what I learn. To keep hospitality alive. To provide humanity, in nothing less than a quintessential level of service, rarely seen today, outside of private houses and prestigious palaces. But I\'ll do it for my teams, and individual guests - that spend a lifetime chasing their own perfection. For one short moment in time, if they stay where I work, they will get to experience my version of perfection - by making them feel like kings and queens!
