I am a Technology Project Manager with 16+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale programs across Retail and Logistics. At Sopra Steria, supporting Tesco, I played a pivotal role in growing the account—scaling teams from 80 to 350 members and managing a delivery portfolio worth £2M and 65 member Team. My work spanned development, engineering, operations, and service delivery, enabling reliable, business-aligned outcomes.I’ve led initiatives across multiple enterprise platforms, managing both Fixed Price and T&M delivery models. I’ve strengthened capabilities in stakeholder alignment, governance, reporting, budgeting, risk management, and operational excellence. My experience also includes compliance and governance-focused programs, as well as proactive platform risk management to ensure stable and audit-ready environments.Beyond delivery, I am passionate about capability building and leadership enablement. I initiated internal TED Talk shows to help teams improve communication, confidence, and leadership readiness—supporting the transition from strong individual contributors to emerging leaders. I also host a podcast, Roll On with Shiv, where I share insights and conversations on technology, leadership, and enterprise practices, fostering learning and knowledge exchange across the professional community.Now at FedEx, I focus on delivering impactful technology solutions within the Logistics & Supply Chain landscape, ensuring clarity, disciplined execution, and measurable business value.
