Responsible for O&M functions of 100 MW Solar Power plant in 4 sites pertaining to Daily PA, GA and PR. Inverter maintenance, Trouble shooting, Module cleaning, Vendor Development, CAPA, BD & PM. Negotiation and resolving ROW issues, QHSE, Infrastructure, SS maintenance, Inventory control, Resource & Operations Management functions with a view to ensure targeted daily 69-73 % PR Monitoring work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Planning, prioritizing, reviewing, and participating in providing supervisory responsibilities to the responsible Engineer. Coordinating training, safety methods, procedures, and techniques. Oversees the implementation and management of work. Implemented cost saving measures resulted in 1% cost per MW reduced. Involved in Manpower planning, materials and maintenance budget preparation to utilize resource effectively. Focusing on prevention of accident by keeping up with equipment maintenance and employee training.
