End to end delivery accountability for various projects / programs across regions. Portfolio includes bespoke application development (Web and mobile), SLA based application maintenance and support, offshore development center for client and managed services & time and material engagements. • Ensure on time, within budget, quality deliveries and contractual compliance.• Responsible for P&L, improving margins and revenue projections.• Responsible for building technology capabilities and drive process improvement initiatives for the group.• Resource planning, hiring plan based on project pipeline. Maintain appropriate bench strength.• Build and grow relationship with key clientele and grow the key accounts.• Ensure high customer satisfaction level. Manage and address client escalation.• Build and maintain relationship with key partners and vendors.• Review programs and project with respective teams. Present executive summary to senior management. Participate in periodic account review. Participate in steering committee / quarterly review with client.• Coach project managers. Define training needs for the group and ensure that it is executed.• Review RFP, proposal and costing from delivery perspective. Play active role in key prospects and strategic opportunities.
