ABOUT SITARA RAMEY

At age five, I only wanted two things when I grew up: a doctoral degree and to be a supreme court justice. While these specific dreams have most certainly evolved, my pursuit of integrity, wisdom, and truth have remained. As a Consultant at Point B, I am a part of client projects and engagements across various industries, from healthcare to consumer retail. I apply my skills and expertise in process improvement, communication, and business analysis to deliver impactful solutions and outcomes for our clients. Some of my personal highlights include: compiling and interpreting literature review of 150+ academic journals to recommend non-profit client’s program expansion, managing process improvement for a supply chain team, and spearheading a health industry regulatory project as part of a larger program. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis on Social Work from Wheaton College, IL in 2020. Throughout my education and early career, I have developed a vocational curiosity that has allowed me to explore and excel in diverse fields and roles, such as media communications, program management, web development, and legal internships. I am driven by integrity and the pursuit of knowledge, and I enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals and create positive change.
