The template will then be modified as necessary for each file transfer job. • Mentor Production Control Engineering team & NOC members in SFG best practices • Develop and document an integrated test plan for certification of net new jobs design in compliance with SFG best practices • Mentor application resources on how to integrate net new file transfer request with SFG. • Provide status updates and/or reports as needed • Provide assistance to IT Infrastructure Operations initiatives as needed.
