ABOUT CHRISTOFFER SIRE

I was sitting with the phone list in front of me. Name after name. Rejection after rejection. As a salesperson in a call center, I really felt how exhausting cold calling could be. It seemed like a waste of time, and all the \"no\"s made me more and more drained.\"There has to be a better way to sell,\" I thought as I prepared myself for yet another day of \"No thanks, we’re not interested.\" When I later started working in B2B sales, I was surprised. People were actually… nice when I called? But the joy didn’t last long. Far too much time was still spent filling in numbers and notes in systems. Instead of talking to customers, I was drowning in paperwork and administrative tasks. The worst part was the hunt for new clients. I worked at a big company, but no one was handling marketing in Norway. Every salesperson had to spend hours searching for companies on proff.no and calling them—with very few showing any interest. One day, I decided to try something new. Instead of doing things \"the way we’ve always done it,\" I started testing my own ideas. I sent emails first to see who was interested, and then only called those who actually responded. It worked amazingly well. Suddenly, I could spend my time on what actually produced results—conversations with people who were already somewhat interested. This got me thinking: What else in sales could be made simpler? I started reading books and following people like Dan Kennedy, Russell Brunson, and Nick Saraev, who talked about sales, marketing, and automation. Gradually, I began to see a bigger picture: The best salespeople spend their time talking to the right customers—those who actually have a need, the means, and the interest—not wasting time on random calls or administrative tasks. The future of sales isn’t about replacing people; it’s about freeing them from boring, repetitive tasks and helping them find the customers who are actually worth talking to. That’s how Salgssystem started. We create automation that fits into the way companies already work. We charge a small monthly fee plus an amount based on the results we deliver—so we only succeed when our customers succeed. Every time I see a salesperson finally getting to spend their time on what they’re good at—understanding customers, solving problems, and building relationships—instead of paperwork, I know we’re doing something right. That’s what drives me every day: Transforming sales from an endless hamster wheel into a job where technology helps salespeople, not hinders them.
