ABOUT SIMON MARTIN
Simon is a Senior Project and Programme Management Office (PMO) Manager within Capgemini\'s UK Domains business area, with 20 years Programme Office experience, and over 30 years IT related experience, covering most aspects of the IT delivery life cycle, using various methodologies. He holds an advanced PPSO certification and is a PRINCE2:2009 Practitioner.During his time in Capgemini, Simon has also worked as a business, system and product analyst, designer and implementation analyst (specializing mainly in ledgers and interfaces. Simon is a trainer and facilitator and both internal and external coach. He has also worked across both Public and Private sectors. Most recently Simon has worked on large (national and international) IT project delivery, covering across multiple accounts, providing both client and internal mentoring, as well as both Sector and Delivery support.Tending to be technology and industry independent has allowed Simon to work in various sectors and arenas.Simon has been an active member of Capgeminis D&I programme (Active Inclusion) since 2016 He was part of the Award winning \"Think: Ask: Act:\" campaign in 2018 and has been published both internal and externally.
