It is fascinating work with very smart people towards good ends.The comms and stakeholder engagement advice I provide centres on improving knowledge, understanding, and thinking about the circumstances and causes of aviation, marine, and rail accidents and incidents. The comms goal is that, where necessary, people and organisations make changes that that will help to avoid similar occurrences in the future.It is also my duty to attend to the information needs of the people and families who are caught up in the accidents and incidents my colleagues investigate.
