As a Senior Event Sales Manager at Encore, I design and lead corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, hybrid events, and high-profile gatherings, managing full event lifecycles with individual AV budgets up to $1M. While my title reflects sales, my role is hands-on—having overseen production, strategy, and execution across premier venues in D.C. and Austin. With 8+ years in the events industry, I continue to lead VIP-level events, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative, results-driven solutions. Notable experiences include providing stage management support for the 2020 presidential campaigns and leading the accounts for high-profile events such as the National Prayer Breakfast, the First Lady’s Luncheon, and the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. I\'ve held the certified Scrum Master credential and obtained a Project Management Certificate from Georgetown University.
