I\'m a Partner at Positive Momentum, which means that I work with clients across the world every day helping them to change their performance in simple, pragmatic ways. The work is varied and rewarding. One day I may be helping a Board to re-assess their role and change their behaviours, the next I may be helping a brand to reposition or a Sales Manager to drive better pipeline management or creating some new customer experiences or or or. I\'m very lucky.At Positive Momentum we believe that traditional consulting solutions can sometimes be too generic and too formulaic - we\'ve been on the receiving end ourselves. So our team of globally experienced, x-senior business leaders have a commitment to create and deliver the change themselves.
