ABOUT SIMON REFDAHL

Experienced First Lieutenant, PL, RES, with more than 13 years of experience in management, strategy, planning and practical implementation of personnel training and education in the Danish Army and Air Force. I have acquired a wide range of practical skills in my work within the two defences; Lieutenant skilled in Project Management, Team Management, Leadership, and Human Resources are some of those. At the same time, I have taken several civilian educations to supplement my education from the armed forces, the range from vocational training to higher academic research educations. Strong education professional with a bachelore of Technological Antropology focused in sustainability managment, strategy and Design at Aalborg University; Copenhagen. I have just finished my Master in Management and informatics within the constructionsector, Cand.tech. The education is an interdisciplinary research-based education that focuses on the connections in the construction process and links technology, information and construction organization together in a practical perspective. The Master\'s program has given me the following skills; Management and coordination of construction projects, In-depth understanding of information and communication technology in construction, and Interdisciplinary collaboration between professions in a given project construction project and in the construction sector in generel. The primary focus of my research is based on key points around sustainable transition and development within the construction industry from a pragmatic point of view. if I were to highlight a few specific personal characteristics, they are; Highly adaptable to any circumstance, curious and thorough with an eye for small details and optimization, and most importently I strive to be positive and constructive in any given situation
