Responsible for the planning, coordination, and timely delivery of assigned systems improvement and communication focused projects in coordination with the firm’s Operational leadership, Business Development and Marketing functions. Work closely with the CEO, Management Team and the VP of Business Development & Marketing to develop project scopes, define potential plans and budget, identify and coordinate among key stakeholders, and establish and coordinate critical tasks, schedules, and communication plans for execution. Responsible for collaborating effectively and providing leadership to the team consistent with the cultural values of MPS, while actively promoting communication and project success within the team.McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture is an architecture, advisory services, planning, and interior design firm recognized for our collaborative culture and innovative solutions. Our purpose is to create meaningful and lasting impact for the good of all. We practice throughout the Southeast with expertise in corporate, commercial, industrial, civic, community, healthcare, higher education and K-12 planning and design.
