ABOUT SIDDHARTHA SHUKLA

I lead talent strategy with a simple belief: organizations win when talent systems are built for the future, not the moment. Over the years, I’ve designed and scaled global talent and early careers strategies across India, Europe, LATAM, and APAC — partnering with business leaders to build sustainable pipelines for digital, analytics, and future-critical skills. My work spans early careers, workforce planning, employer branding, and AI-enabled talent acquisition, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes. Currently, I lead Global Early Talent initiatives at Sanofi, where I operate at the intersection of people strategy, digital transformation, and inclusion. I work closely with senior leaders to move talent from a transactional function to a strategic lever — using data, technology, and thoughtful design to improve quality of hire, readiness, and long-term capability building. My leadership focus areas include: • Global talent & early careers strategy • AI-enabled and data-driven talent acquisition • Digital, tech, and critical skills hiring • Workforce planning and future-of-work programs • Employer branding and inclusive talent ecosystems I’m particularly interested in how AI, analytics, and human judgment can work together to build fairer, faster, and more resilient talent systems at scale. I enjoy partnering with executive teams who see talent as a competitive advantage and are willing to invest in building the next generation of leaders and skills for the enterprise. Leading Sanofi's Early Talent strategy, my role is pivotal in shaping the future of talent across Sanofi Global Hubs Network, including India, Bogota, Kuala Lumpur, and Budapest. At the heart of my approach is a commitment to scale up the Early Talent strategy and the articulation of a compelling employer value proposition, skills honed over my most recent roles. My prior experience at building and scaling the Talent strategy in Global Hubs (in diverse organisations like PwC, PepsiCo and Morgan Stanley) has solidified my expertise in the Early Talent framework & broader Talent Acquisition strategy.
