Managing sample only surveys from the time of KOC to the final billing.• Sample Management. • Also, efficient in managing D-I-Y platforms (SampleXpress) and (Toluna Start).• Assisting top clients like Nielsen, System1, Global Data, Unruly among others in launching surveys and helping in resolving any sort of issues that may come across in the process.• Assisting the clients on project setup, redirection, sampling, and keep an eye on in field metrics like IR, LOI, CCR, Over quotas.• Push manual invites, adjust IP cost in projects which are close to deadlines.• Keep track of all live projects launched through Sample Xpress daily and alert clients and Account Manager regarding any pertinent change that may impact FW timeline & CPI.• Regularly updating the client on delivery of the projects to maximize customer satisfaction.• Communicating with clients about real time requirements over mail and call. • Efficient in monitoring, managing, and maintaining effective relationships with clients.• Bill the projects of clients.• Working closely with community managers in Investigating panel issues such as incentivizing the respondents by checking their status at our and client’s end.• Continuously working on reducing quota full rate.• Apart from managing sample only surveys I usually support clients for issues related to Sample Xpress and Toluna Start and solve their queries.
