Prepare monthly forecasts, actuals, and annual budgets across P&L and KPI lines; perform system uploads and validation checks.2. Develop and share financial reports, dashboards, and commentaries highlighting key metrics and performance trends.3. Conduct variance analysis vs. budgets/forecasts and provide insights to support strategic and operational decisions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and reconciliation processes. Support business reviews, long-term plans (e.g, 3-Year Plan), and ad-hoc financial analyses. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, and other teams for data gathering, clarification, and reconciliation. Maintain compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and governance standards in financial reporting.
