ABOUT SHUBHANGA SATYAL

As a recent economics and integrative business and management - finance graduate from Knox College, I am excited to bring my diverse skill set in the field of real estate and finance. With a strong academic background in econometrics, statistics, and managerial finance, as well as hands-on experience in commercial real estate through my internship with Project Destined, I am well-prepared to analyze complex data sets and provide valuable insights to inform investment decisions. Throughout my professional experiences, I have honed my skills in market analysis, financial modeling, and presenting data-driven recommendations to clients. I have also demonstrated a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion, as evidenced by my work as the Midwest Youth Representative for UNICEF USA and my research on economic disparities in Nepal, India, and China. As an individual, I am highly motivated, results-oriented, and detail-oriented. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. In my role as President of the Aaina-South Asian Club at Knox College, I successfully optimized a budget for diverse projects and coordinated events and projects to promote cross-functional collaboration. Overall, I am confident that my strong academic background, professional experiences, and personal attributes make me a strong candidate for the competitive field of finance and real estate.
